Enlightened Birth Preparation   

If you feel you would like more information about your options during labour and birth, and maybe help you to create and list your birth preferences, I am available to meet with you and your partner at your home for two sessions.  These meetings can be at a time which is suitable to you and your family, and will be held in the comfort of your own home.                                                                            

I tailor these sessions to suit your personal experiences and situation, and if more time is needed this can also be arranged.  I will also be available for you to contact by telephone and email up until the birth of your baby.
