Very often the first few weeks with a newborn can be fraught and stressful, babies often cry lots and sleep little, sometimes parents just don't know what to do to help, nothing they try seems to make much of a difference. Most baby classes and groups do not commence until the baby is at least 3 months old, usually the time that things start to calm down, hence many new parents lack real support and understanding at a time they need it most - in the very beginning! BabyCalm is here to fill that gap, to help new parents right from the very start of their journey - and it really does make a difference!

BabyCalm classes and workshops can be taken during pregnancy and after your baby's birth until the age of approximately 20 weeks.
